A older gentleman showed a lack of customer service while in store the other day. Did not want to help once I started to ask questions. I have been very lost in the paint situation and tried to explain. He simply cut me off, told me color choices were awful, and proceeded to talk over me until he just walked away. WILL not be using this location again, even though it’s in walking distance of my house.

Sherwin Williams makes the best paint on the planet. Just that simple. I worked for a paint contractor several years ago. First things I learned were: ALWAYS use a drop cloth ALWAYS clean your brush thoroughly. SHERWIN WILLIAMS makes the best paint. This particular one in Celina has been great. Everybody I have interacted with have been pleasant and knowledgeable.
