Oh man... Move over La Fondita because I have a new favorite taco truck in White Center! This place is awesome! The beans they serve are nice and creamy and delicious, and I don't normally like beans all that much. The burritos are huge and the nachos could probably feed two people. The al pastor and asada are delicious. I want to try their carnitas but they havent had them the two times I have gone here so far. Try this place out! You will be pleasantly surprised.

Finally some amazing food at a decent price in Seattle! You cannot miss this little truck behind Drunky's. I love beans and rice and this is where its at. They nailed traditional arroz y frijoles, made with care, subtle taste with creamy texture, absolutely perfect. Just how I remember it from California! I will be eating here daily! I got tostadas , the carnitas were melting in my mouth with those crispy bits for full on flavor. The cojita cheese and lettuce were in ideal ratio. for 3.75 each! Smokin deal. My partner got the burrito and she couldn't eat it fast enough. had to show me the beans right away! Love love loved it! So impressed, fast and excellent service and no styrofoam! Finally finally Finally! You have got to eat here!

A cemita is a torta (sandwich) on a special sesame seed bun. It’s not your usual sandwich. The cemitas here are huge! Choose your milenesa ( pounded, breaded and fried meat) and it comes layered on the bun with a lot of fresh avoacado, two different kinds of cheese, a slice of ham and you can add picked jalapeño or chipotles. my sandwich was so fresh. i personally would have asked for the sandwich cut in half and maybe some lime or salsa for a little more moisture in the sandwich but this was delicious and a great value. Also the people manning the truck are really nice.
