Nice, one sheet of ice facility. Small concession stand with plenty of options. Hear for the bleachers as well.

This review is strickly for the employee Stephanie (at the front desk). I wasn’t going to leave the review but she does have an attitude and she does not care about customers. Once we asked for a pair of ice skates for my child planning to do public ice skating. My daughter started putting the skates on right in front of Stephanie, who was behind her desk. I helped her put the skates on and turned around to pay for the public skating. Stephanie then told me that they changed the hours this week and the time has just ended. I told her that we won’t need the skates then and wanted to return the skates to get a refund - to what she told that there are no refunds! Are you serious!? The skates have not been used, not walked in them, not even 2 minutes passed, and she kept saying with that fake smile of hers “sorry:) no refunds”. I think it is poor customer service. I understand that she may not have known why we rented the skates to advise us timely on hours. However, she could use some common sense and take the skates back since we didn’t use it at all.
