I saw Jennifer the NP and didn’t not like her at all she is way to laid back and doesn’t take the visit seriously or the medical things you tell her about . I am going to look for another NP somewhere else. But everyone else was always really nice .

Been going here to see Dr. Aragon for years. Never had a bad experience with her or her staff. Everyone at the front desk have been helpful and nice. They have gotten a little busy and have to book appointments very early, but when you are sick or need to be seen they always find a way to squeeze you in. This squeezing in has gotten me face time with all of the doctors here and they were all great.

Find this practice to be very caring. Staff is friendly yet professional. Dr. Rousseau and his staff are caring. Dr. Rousseau listens to his patients and involves them in their care choices. Have been very satisfied with the level of care and entire practice.

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews about this office. The receptionists were very polite and friendly; the nurses were also really great. And the doctor I saw was very knowledgeable, listened to what I had to say and helped me quickly. It was easy to make an appointment since I called Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday. All in all I like this office and will continue to go.
