Best customer service on Airsoft! Always better than what it looks for each item! Only complaint is that they are organized so far away but even then the shipping is very cheap and fast.
Very nice website layout, it's pretty user friendly. The prices are unheard of(CHEAP)! Recommend this website for all my latest airsoft gear.
I recently placed an order with airrattle, when I checked out everything showed to be in stock a couple of days later I got a email saying one of my items ordered wasn't in stock and was put on back order they said email them if I wanted to swap out the item or a refund for the item if I didn't want to wait. Well 8 calls later and so many emails that I can't remember still no reply back this has to be one of the worst support teams I have ever dealt with doesn't seem to be customer friendly as well as money hungry nice looking site horrible customer service so if you find something you like and order it and there is an issue with your order you might get the problem resolved by the time you get to the rest home.
I have ordered a few guns from this store and have never had a issue with my order or with anyone in the customer service dept. Some prices they tend to be the best on, other items may not be the cheapest but are pretty close. Shipping has always been fairly fast (especially dealing with holidays) and am happy with my stuff. Will most likely order from them again. At least give them a chance, if you are unsure you could buy basic spring pistol or something along them lines and see what experience you had with them.
I had a problem with the free shipping option not wanting to work while checking out on the internet. So i called the 800 number and spoke with a person about the trouble i was having. They helped me through the problem very patiently and stayed on the phone till i was done checking out. I was very impressed by their professionalism and think a lot of other companies out there could learn from them. Thank You very much for the help and keep up the good work!!!!!!
This is the cheapest place i have found to order airsoft guns and equipment. Concerning the customer service, it may not be top notch, but they answer all questions with expert service and kindness. I also feel some problems with the company could be avoided if shoppers just read the product's description and whether or not it is in stock or out of stock, people's ignorance is the cause of most of the problems with customer service.
Sent me knock off junk product and tried to tell me it was correct and the manufacturer changed the part number. Even disputing their own website where I ordered the product. Stay away and pay a little more and buy from a reputable seller. Not worth the time and trouble to deal with them. Also if you have to contact them good luck getting through. All the negative reviews for the company are well earned by them.
