EDIT: upon reviewing the other reviews, my bad experience makes much more sense. Wish I would have read them first. - Had a conversation about a possible adoption. Several people witnessed the conversation. I was drilled for 13 min, only to be denied. Unfortunately shelters such as these are turning down perfect, very serious and dedicated dog parents for reasons that are VERY overly restrictive. I had perfectly good solutions to the very small concerns, where the dog would have a wonderful quality of life with a family full of love and support. Now, he is forced to stay in a 2x2 cage even longer and no interaction. So so so sad. Since I don't have a large elaborate fence built in my back yard currently, I will have to go purchase a dog vs adopt. So backwards. Crying shame really, sorry pups. (

Love this group of amazing people! We found our sweet dog Turbo here. The staff of volunteers are always willing to help you find the perfect pet for your family. Ms. Dawn and Ms. Dee are the kindest people I know.
