On 2 separate occasions my children have gotten cuts that required stitches. Both times I brought them here, and the staff was amazing. They helped keep my boys calm, and engaged with with them to distract them. The doctors were both wonderful, and treated the boys with kindness and respect. They also did a good job with the stitches. There is hardly any scar. Very happy with the service we received.

Warning this is a deceptive business. They do not have a right to call themselves an urgent care and advertise as an urgent care. This a money hungry business that starts there urgent care from 5:30pm-8:00pm but they only see private practice patients during office hours but they have a massive sign that can be seen from the road that says urgent care. Very deceptive for people in need of immediate medical attention. I wonder how many people drive here for urgent care services just to find out they wasted their time and gas.

Wife called ahead and asked if they did chest X-rays for pneumonia. They confirmed they did, but don’t call the technicians in after 3:30-4:00 on a Sunday. I drove across town and got there at 3:05. I told the receptionist that my wife called about the chest X-rays for pneumonia. She said that they don’t call the technicians in after 3:00. I told her she told my wife 3:30 or 4:00. She advised me that she provided my wife the wrong information. Said sorry and provided no solutions. No wonder why there were no patients in the lobby.

Not happy with this place at all !!! I waited over one hour to be seen, the place looked so isolated, with only one person in front of me so I thought I would be out really quick with two doctors in back. All I heard was them yell/talking back & forth to each other.The doctor acts like he knows what he is doing, but I did not feel very confident in him at all. I had to tell him what meds I needed. He just looked at me really weird. (I had bronchitis, I get it every year. I usually go to Willow Urgent Care but this day they had closed early, I had waited to long, big mistake. So with lots of doubt but very desperate, I went here). He insisted I take the meds he gave me & of course the meds did not work. Three days later... I called to complain, I had not gotton any better, I felt HORRIBLE I asked that he prescribed me one of the meds I had originally asked for he finally gave in & by the next day I was feeling better. The one other med I wanted I would have to go back to see him for. There was no way I was going back there. I had to suffer through it a little more but I could not see myself paying him for another visit. Today, I called to let them know I lost the rescue inhaler I have misplaced or lost, he would not refill it. I explained that people with asthma carry a resue in haler incase they need it, they said I need to come back ..... I went in only 3 weeks ago on 5/8/19. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this PLACE...DO NOT WASTE YOUR HERE !!! WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!

My daughter was in a car accident the night before. She's having lower back pain. They refused care due to they said the payment "gets sticky". We offered to pay cash & offered the claim number. They said they needed all the insurance information. Unfortunately, the insurance company is closed. Called another urgent care who said all we need to do is pay upfront. Unbelievable to turn someone away because the payment "gets sticky" and we offered to pay upfront.

Great staff, efficient, knowledgeable, very caring with minimal wait time. I was able to see Dr. Monteleone and he is on top of my injury, and explained everything very clearly and in terms that I am able to undersrand. He made me feel very comfortable when I inquired about what was to be expected next . I highly recommend this facility.
