I had a great experience!!! I applied online and David was absolutely awesome. It took about twelve days to get a credit on my electric bill and the electric company sent a letter stating the amount and date it was applied to my account. If you apply online make sure you confirm they received all your documents.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. This lady named Lori Keef is absolutely deplorable. Her customer service skills are non existent and she picks at my mother EVERY SINGLE time she goes to them for help. She just denied her yet again and is leaving the lights off with 2 children in the home because I myself gave my mother the money to pay her light bill last month and i had to borrow it from a friend so because my mother had no proof of where I borrowed the money from she denied my mom and called both of us liars which she has done before. Absolutely unacceptable and I have no problem blasting this lady for how she treats people already in a hardship! FIND ANOTHER JOB THAT DOES NOT CONCERN WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC LET ALONE THE ONES WHO ARE ALREADY SUFFERING.

Customer no help. Really. Shame you treated this vet that way! 4 hours to wait in the sun in the parking lot just to tell me no. Then for 2 weeks I've tried calling for an appointment again no. Maybe I should have asked the Easter Bunny and Santa for help. Update...I did get the deposit help I needed. But...If I never need their help again it will be none to soon. Was embarrassed to begin with and forget how I was treated by these monsters. I saw a Lady turned away because her phone was not with her which had her texted authorization number on it and she was 15 minutes early to her appointment. God complex picking on poor people already under enough stress. For no good reason.

They would get a five but you have to make your own copies now to get help of social security cards, driver's Licenses, bills for proof of add or lease copy. Otherwise you will wait a very long time and get refused help.
