Central Florida Therapy Solutions is an amazing place to take your child who is struggling with developmental issues. By far the best environment I've taken my son to. He loves his therapist. I've seen so much progress in the last 6 months, I could cry. As a parent we strive to give our child the best chance to succeed. And he is doing tremendously well. I couldn't have made a better choice! A special and HUGE thanks to his therapist Chonte Francois! She has been amazing for my son. She takes her time, she explains in detail what they accomplished for the session and always has continued goals for him to reach. She always acknowledges what needs to be worked on. She is always giving out ways to even help him accomplish those goals at home. She is DEDICATED to his success in speech therapy. She is why we continue to bring him back session after session. We appreciate you so much Chonte! If you decide to try CFTS, ask for her. Hopefully she has availability!

I just started with speech and OT appointments with both my daughters about a month ago. I must say I love the way they treat my daughters and they enjoy coming to therapy. Staff is wonderful, responsive and on time. They are able to accommodate appointments if needed.

Update Changed from 4 stars to 5 An hour and a half after my original post below, Ms. Nancy called. She was apologetic for how busy they are (which to me speaks to their quality of care) and for the wait, pulled his chart up right away and we found days and times that worked for our family. Every interaction we've had with the staff here so far has been so pleasant. I think we've finally found the right place to get my son the help he needs. Original post I brought my son here for a speech/language eval in early September. It was a wonderful experience and the evaluator was professional and had a wonderful way of engaging and making conversation with my son. He was so excited that he'd get to come back. I received the written assessment and plan of care about a month ago. Two to three weeks ago I received an approval letter for services from his insurance plan indicating that they would pay for the needed services and that his pediatrician had signed off on them as well. Covid19 has many things backed up and healthcare services are no exception, but I called on Monday of this week and left a message and no one returned my call. I waited 5 days then tried to call again today and no one answered again and it went straight to the answering service. I am looking to find out when services can begin as the plan is only \good\ for 6 months and we're already 1 month into the dates. If someone could call us back so that we have any information (& so I could see what days and times would work well) I'd appreciate it. Thank you so much, we can't wait to begin sessions and see progress. :)

The SLPs at CFTS are knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend Jennifer Porter. She has years of experience and has graciously shared her knowledge with the next generation of therapists.

I have been bringing my son here for over 4 years. He has Autism. Our son had very little words upon coming here at 4 years old and now through the help of his wonderful speech therapist Brittany, he speaks complete sentences! She has taught him comprehension, understanding and how to speak fluently. She always challenges him and gets more and more from him with lots of care, patience and love! His Occupational therapists - Deirdre and Kirsten are also so caring, patient and loving. They have helped Zachary overcome many fears he has had, they have taught him to go on his tummy, coordination through many play activities like riding a scooter! They have also helped him with hand motor skills and so much more!! I have liked how his therapists all work together about his progress and keep each other, as well as me, updated on how he's doing and I firmly believe they constantly thrive to keep him excelling and growing to the best of HIS abilities. I truly don't know where we'd be without this wonderful, knowledgeable and caring place. I am so thankful i found them, the growth in our son is absolutely AMAZING!! I guess as you can see i could go on and on but i will leave you with this, if you are looking for help for your child in any area i wholeheartedly believe your child will receive the best overall care and love here and you will see progress you never thought possible!! Thank you again to all you do and have done and we love you Mrs. Brittany, Mrs Deirdre and Mrs Kirsten and rest of the team @ CFTS!!
