Could use better communication and more upfront timelines - waited two months for a partially complete project that lacked a protective coating which was discussed prior. Great quality work, but company lacks communication as I had to consistently call and verify where the project was at and if it would be able to be complete or taken elsewhere.

Excellent Work - and when I wasn't able to pick it up during normal business hours they were VERY accommodating and arranged for me to pick it up after hours. They went out of their way to make sure that every detail of our project was met. This is a special piece and they understood that - I appreciate everything they did! Thank you - we LOVE it!!!
