I haven't even been to my appointment yet, and have already had a great experience! Today has been a frustrating day, and calling to make an eye appointment wasn't among my list of positives, until Courtney answered. She was polite, knowledgeable, and personable. She made my appointment, helped me find my insurance (they don't give a card, so they are easy to forget), and her bright personality lightened my mood. Customer service is a hard job, but Courtney made it seem like she genuinely has a heart for service, and I cannot say how rare and wonderful that is. I hope they know what a fantastic employee they have!
