Bikes worked perfect, great way to check out the park. Checkout and check in was very easy.
We were looking for bikes to ride Central Park, a guy came up and spoke to us at the park entrance. He told us the price and we decide to see what other prices were on offer, he then offered us an hour free. We had two adult and one child’s bike for two hours. This is just enough time t cycle the whole park with a few short stops, to explore everything I would suggest you get a bike for the day so you can stop as much as you want. Great team, price and bikes
Quick and easy rental place, right next to the subway and the park. The bikes are partially a bit old, but well maintained. It might be possible to talk about the price in the evening ours.
Was stopped by one of the guys right before purchasing a citi bike. He offered an Excellent price that definitely caught my interest. Amazing price for the hours I rented. More than enough time than I needed. Best bike renting experience.
DON'T RENT FROM HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Our bike broke and we had to waste all of our limited time in central park walking a broken heavy bike back, and got no refund. Also, before we even left, they refused to raise the seat to a more comfortable height of a tandem bike, which is super difficult to ride. It's also way more expensive than other bike rentals, but they were super aggressive and we caved. I guess we paid the tourist tax of not knowing these guys are super shifty, but future tourists be warned!
Rented bikes to ride around Central Park. They gave us a discount initially and later one of bikes broke down. They didn’t charge us for the broken bike and further reduced the price for the rest of us. Excellent customer service!!!
Absolutely amazing, Great Quality bikes, friendly atmosphere and most importantly beautiful Central Park! I loved it, very close to the park! Best bike rental ever!
