Pape made things right with me. For some reason Google will not allow me to remove my original review. Robert went the extra mile to help me. I will consider them in the future when I am shopping for implements or possibly a Gator UTV.

I came in to purchase a new 2032R with a front end loader and mower. Burt was the sales person who approached us. Burt said he would work up a deal for us and arrange delivery on Monday the next week. He told me to bring in 4 gallons of antifreeze on Saturday and he would prep the machine. Flash forward to Monday Burt wouldn't return my calls. I finally get him on the phone and he tells me it will be a couple more days. Well, after a couple more days he still won't return my calls. Completely ignored by Pape Machinery. They lost a 25-30 thousand dollar sale and my business forever at this point. I feel completely put off and disgusted with their lack of customer service and they basically stole my 40 worth of antifreeze. I decided I will be going with Kubota. They return phone calls and actually care about their customers.

We went out on a Saturday looking for a tractor. The office building was not open we knew because we'd looked ahead of time, but chose to drive by and just have a look at the tractors. When we got there we spent about 3 minutes looking at tractors in the parking lot and then to our surprise Robert came out of the office from helping another customer out and proceeded to help us find the right tractor for our family. We were in constant communication with him for the week as we decided upon the right tractor and he personally delivered one to us exactly one week later...yes on a Saturday! He was helpful throughout the whole process, even following up with us the following Monday to check in to see how we liked the tractor so far! We couldn't be more pleased with the experience and would highly recommend purchasing a a tractor from them. Not only was it a pleasant buying experience, it was also the best deal! Thank you again Robert!

As a local consumer, I'm very finicky about where and how I spend my hard earned dollar. I truly appreciate the people and products at Pape'/John Deere here in southern Oregon. Recently, they helped me to get the parts I needed to make significant repairs to my lawn tractor; this saved me hundreds/thousands because otherwise, I'd of had to buy something new and instead repaired it for far less.

Most of us that have John Deere riding lawnmowers had access on Saturday to at least get supplies. I can't even get in until Saturday to buy a riding lawnmower. I need a new riding lawnmower however I'm not going to buy a John Deere this time because I can't get in to the store until Saturday.

Racist, The service department refused to talk to a Mohammed. Eventually had to get service someplace else. Incompetent management treating me with disdain. The service department treated me like a valued customer when I ordered or went in. But since my complaint about not getting service Pape' Machinery is refusing to sell me parts either. I have had a good history as a John Deere customer in Arizona with a power plan account. I was hoping to get attention from John Deere corp, but have not heard from them either. I have a spotless record and I am known as a kind and gentle person, it does not make any sense. I owned other John Deere equipment in the past and Caterpillar too, but I have never been treated like this before. I feel like I am Japanese and it is world war two. Our social fabric is way too precious to leave it to this type of bigotry.

Called to get a part ordered for a bobcat. Was told I needed to talk to the "other" parts guy. So left my info and waited for a call back. That was a week ago and no call back! Pape' is not the same company it used to be. I found my part online, and that is how I plan to get all my parts in the future!
