Is it possible to give negative stars? Stay away from this place. 80% turnover in sales. Most sales reps train at Central States, and then jump to the competition, findind a more pleasant work environment. Bully management. Motivation through fear and intimidation. Only those who buy into the bully mangagement style of this company are awarded with advancement. Management from Mid Level to Senior Level lacks integrity. Low morale. Witch hunts. MAJOR micromanagement. Worst company I have ever worked for.
