I purchase through Eastern Building Supply and John Queen. His representative he deals exclusively with is a woman named Tarah at Central States Mfg. We left early this morning to pick up an order that will be taken back to Peachland NC. Upon arrival the discovery that their was an issue with our order and how it had been processed. I made one phone call to John, John made one phone call to Tarah, and then I had the absolute pleasure of watching this young lady take a situation that would’ve required us having to wait an extended period of time and turn it into the perfect example of A customer service. It’s not A because of the short time frame it will take to correct the issue, but more so the amount of effort and personalization she applied to the circumstance. Even if there had been no change to the outcome of the particular situation, I would not be able to be anything less then grateful for the EFFORT and concern she bestowed. Give this young lady an award for how she represents her employer, because she and John are the reasons I choose to purchase from Central States. Their competitors may be physically closer in location, but their customer service comes no where close to what I experience each time, and every time. Thank you both very much!!!

The staff is very professional and informative. They do have three shifts,in the manufacturing part. There is some heavy lifting involved. They do have benefits. Stop by if you need a job and are able to do some heavy lifting. I can't tell you how it is to work for them since I ve have not ever worked there. I can tell it must be pretty good since there is so many cars in the parking lot.They seem to be working everytime I have been there. It seem they must feed the staff from time to time since there is grills and tables set up out side.
