So glad I found this place! Needed to replace a damaged torch hose and Robert was incredibly helpful both over email and in the shop. Received lots of helpful advice on protecting and troubleshooting my new equipment. As someone who is just starting out , it feels good knowing folks are out there to help you get going. Will be coming back for all my future soldering/welding needs. Love that they're supportive of students too!

I bought a welding helmet and paid cash for it and told them up front that there was a good chance that I would return it and they said it was fine. I tried to return the told me that they don't carry the cash. They told me that they would get a check and call once it came in. They called me back a week later and told me that they don't have the check and wouldn't have it until after I returned the helmet and waited a few days for them to process the return and get the check, and that I should just drive to Seattle and return it that I would find the cash there. No I'm in Seattle and still have not been able to return my helmet. Wasting my time and money trying to return this and still haven't returned it. Thanks a lot Deano
