This park has stole mobile homes from the residents. They employee felons and thieves. You can’t reach owner by phone or mail. They use local law enforcement and local felons to carry out their dirty work. Don’t take the chance of having your mobile home stolen from you by moving here.

It's the worst park on Earth out of state owned n all utilities are illegaly placed n not working correctly, sewer backs up frequently, live 60 amp service under a lot of home not hooked to anything, illeagle elect hookups on Poles between trailers, and do not take care of grounds adequately, best if u speak Arebic ! As per owners comment it was a choice there was no judgement, I feel sorry for the people that have to live there because they can't afford to have their homes moved. I have no hard feelings twards the corporate mgr just that park is not kept up and ran poorly.

I would just like to say that I have been trying to deal with this company for WEEKS on them purchasing my home and one particular person could not have the decency to answer their phone until this morning and decide to tell me that they have backed out AFTER they had told me they were a GUARANTEED buyer and to turn down the other offer that I had and to pay it off in full and as soon as I paid it off, they would continue process of buying the home. When he FINALLY answered the phone, he decided to then HANG UP on me while I was still trying to have a conversation to figure out what was going on. DO NOT do business with these people!!!! They will just end up screwing you over in the end!
Having a hard time getting my home completed. After a year and loosing the judgement they have lied about a five year contract. They move your home and then to attempt to steal it. They have over 30 open lots and returned my lot rent. I sold my home and have filed eviction. The review of mr. couch was very correct. The park is full of thrives and drug dealers. Not a safe place to raise a family. Now if your a drug dealer you are safe. No bust here. They have gotten away with stealing vehicles killing pets and numerous other offenses. Actually buried a blown up meth lab to be absorbed into the soil. But in order for DNR to look into it the city first has to acknowledge it as a meth house. Which they don’t. I would much advice against moving or even speaking with these people.
