Paid the total of what we owe off in ONE payment and they are still garnishing my check every week for 2 weeks now! Turned in the paperwork to stop the garnishment and the following week still take money from me! They claim work will pay us back the following Friday but thats not the case and here we are dealing with it again. On top of that they claim they never received a payment from last check. So who has it if my work doesnt??? These guys are absolute bs and should be shut down honestly. If I could give 0 stars I would.

First contact with this collection agency was through a wage garnishment. Had sent the paperwork to an address I had over 10 years ago. It feels as they didnt even try to get a correct address before filing an order. My total amount is almost half their fees that have been added on. One account was from 2004 and wasn't legally able to be collected... they did it anyways. Worst company I have encountered and seems to be practicing unethically, stereotypical scummy debt collector.

I was contacted by Fairway for the first time with a wage garnishment. That was fun. So I called them and scheduled to set up payments after this non-reversible garnishment was completed. They said they would call back. They never did. So I reached back out. They told me that some processing had to be completed before they could set up a payment plan but for sure I would be contacted, they wouldn't file for another garnishment, and I shouldn't be liable for accrued interest while I wait on them to get their ducks in a row. Well.... I never got that call, again. But I did just get a letter in the mail that they got ANOTHER wage garnishment against me. What the hell? AND THE KICKER - they added on over THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS in attorney fees, interest, filing fees, etc. Is this why you never called me back? This where all the money is in the collection industry? Sticking people with unnecessary filing fees? Pathetic. Going to be fighting this - big time - but this company is garbage. If you are a small business in Lewis County looking for someone to take your bad accounts off your hands, I would suggest you go talk to Dynamic Collectors. Fairway doesn't know what they are doing. It shouldn't be this hard to give someone money.

They are not supposed to legally be able to threaten you or to mock you and tell you you have absolutely no excuse for not being able to pay a bill. But then again this is a collection company and they do whatever the hell they want. They called literally every hour on the hour for an entire week yelling and telling me that even an old lady on a fixed income would be able to pay this bill which was now in the thousands because they just kept tacking stuff onto it. The lady told me that I was trash she did not care about anything I had to say and that she was going to laugh in my face when I went to court and lost. I filed for bankruptcy and they still have yet to remove the collection from my credit report. They are still trying to show that it is open account and I am even receiving phone calls more than a year after my bankruptcy. These people are trash they don't seem to think that the law of applies to them and I really hope that one day somebody treats them and their children the way they treated me and mine. Maybe having a taste of their own medicine will help them out and learn to develop some sort of a soul
