Had a fabulous experience with Janet, Denene, and Sandy. They helped us accomplish in 3 sessions what we couldn't accomplish in 4 years without them. They helped us tackle our garage and workshop that had become an overwhelming feat since moving in and having a baby. We are so thankful - this investment was well worth it! Our garage is now organized neatly with labels. And the best part is we know where to find things now!! They also helped us strategize on how to move shelving around to best use the space. I also appreciated that after the first session and assessment, they emailed me exactly what size tubs to order so that we could organize items easier for the next session. They were thoughtful on cost and using what we already had for storage as much as possible without breaking the bank. And they were just pleasant, genuine people to work with! The sessions inspired me and I'm now labeling and organizing my indoor spaces as a result! My husband has been inspired to improve the space with some custom shelving as well. We are very happy with this service and would highly recommend Basic Organization!

Janet and her team at Basic Organization, Denene, Patti, Sandy and Margie were truly my fairy godmothers all last week, and I am so grateful for their support and dedication to my organization project - to get our house ready to sell then help organize a two phase move to our new home. The team helped us get our 5,000 square foot house and home to our family of five ready for market in less than a week. Our realtor is increasing our list price by 50k and planning on a multiple offers in less than a week, all of this after our week of together. I literally could not have done it without them! Our week of organizing included the following: There was packing, organizing, donating, discarding, staging, laughing and therapy as the wonderful team listened to this proud mama tell stories of her children as babies. There was also a ton of education around how to phase toys and books in/out and knowledge of ages and stages. There was the moment of wow and peace when I opened my closet and all of my clothes were organized in a color gradation pattern. The team needed very little instruction and oversight. They seemed to know exactly what I needed and when I needed it. Everything got done! Janet even arranged for each of my children to meet with their own organizer to sort through their clothes and toys. This was so very fast and efficient and such a burden lifted off of me during a very busy time. The kids are enjoying screen free quiet time with a fresh book basket pulled from our rotation. I’m so pleased on all levels! And to top it all off, the genuine smiles and authentic desire to help from each and every member of the team was the true gift through this whole experience. My brother purchased this service for my 65 year old mother for Christmas. I can honestly say it is the gift that keeps giving. They were safe and efficient especially with Covid. So appreciative!
Loved working with Janet and company! They are wonderful. They helped us clean out our garage and we could not be happier with it. They keep you on-task while you sort through your things and will even take things away to donate for you. My garage looks three times bigger!
