I have been going here for years and I’ve always had a great experience with them. The front desk staff is always very nice and the doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, and lab tech are all always very nice and professional. Office is clean and I love that they have emotional support animals

Dr. Bourget is a lifesaver! I have a complicated medical history and needed to find a PCP that was willing to accept my case. Most want to get patients in and out the door. Dr. Bourget takes the time to go over my labs together with me - line by line before making changes to meds or behaviors. The front office is very friendly and personable. I have had no problems with them. Their patient portal online isn't the best I have encountered, but it get the job done. Besides, I'm going for patient care not web presence.

When I tried to make an appointment today, the receptionist was so rude and unfriendly and made me so upset. I usually don't make review notes because of my laziness but this receptionist was so bad that I had no choice but to make a review note. If they had negative stars, I would give negative five stars. I am gonna change my primary doc no matter what it costs.
