had chest pains, Called them after being turned down by another urgent care place who didn't take my insurance. Gentleman answered was kind and helped me calm down ..said they take my insurance. They registered me in the parking lot and took me in immediately after they felt I didn't have covid...when I entered, the nurse was VERY kind and understanding...took an EKG immediately (thank God it was ok) Explained to me what they felt it was and gave me a prescription and suggestions. The doctor was thorough, too...wonderful place...I felt VERY safe in their hands!

I came to this location for a drive-up Covid test as a pre-procedure requirement. I wasn’t sure where to go so I called their office and the woman who answered (Maryann maybe?) was so extremely friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever spoken with someone at an urgent care, or any medical facility for that matter, who was so chipper and patient. As for the test itself, the women outside taking information and doing the tests were also very personable. I was anxious about it, but the woman who did my test counted down from 5 for me so I knew exactly how long it would last. It was a quick and easy process!
