Dr. Chong has been the best. I met him initially with a vision crisis and he was so comforting and understanding. He was very thorough with his exam and ended up finding something that I needed to see a specialist for. The office manager helped me make my appointment with the specialist. The entire practice is so accommodating. He is so kind and has great bedside manner and I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for excellent ophthalmology care. His staff is also great from the front staff to the clinical staff. Thank you for all that you do!

We love Dr. Chong! He is very patient with my wiggly 6 year old (and we've seen him since mine was a toddler!), personable and thorough. He explains his recommendations and answers any questions we have. The office staff is very friendly, organized, and professional. With COVID-19 they follow safety procedures very carefully as well. Highly recommend!

Love Dr. Chong! I've been taking my daughter for the past 6 yrs. He's always been great with her. He's pretty through and takes the time to explain everything. His office staff has always been very friendly and accommodating.

Really appreciated the covid-aware precautions (waiting in the car, wiping down my credit card, etc). Staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Dr. Chong is thorough and frank with his assessments and is sensitive to patient needs (however I can see how he might come across as abrupt or impatient to kids--at least as an adult I wasn't bothered at all). Like all my visits to specialists, my main request for improvement is to profusely offer information and beat me to the punch (i.e. anticipate what questions or knowledge gaps I might have). I tend to come prepared with clarifying questions but that requires me to do outside research before I visit (otherwise I just wouldn't know what questions to ask), which isn't always the case for every patient going into an ophthalmologist office for the first time.

Doctor Chong was very helpful. I took my son today for his eye exam and he not only did an exceptional job (which is expected by a high rated doctor) but also was very friendly with my son. He was talking to my son with genuine care and I found that very heart warming. Overall great experience.
