Amazing service, good clothes, I don't know what's up with all these bad reviews however the clothing was very good and cheap. A mistake or two made by staff shouldn't decide the overall rating of the customer service and store, not sure why people are basing it off of that. Relatively professional.

I have tried to give this place so many chances thinking it’ll be a better experience each time I go back. But NO. I’m always having trouble when trying to pay and check out. The cashier seems to be very untrained and never knows how to add coupons when the entire store could have a whole big sale and he still wouldn’t know how to provide the correct discount on my items. I have tried so many times to have patience with these people because I have been going to this store since I was a kid. But they are so rude and unprofessional. Today I had a person in front of me end up not buying anything because the employees gave him such a hard time he just ended up leaving. Me being next in line hoping I don’t have the same issue with this man. Not surprised he doesn’t want to give us our points and take off 10 like our coupon said because he doesn’t know how to and the owner didn’t know either. The old man was yelling in his language and being extremely rude. after being a customer since I was practically 14 years old I will never be going back here. There are plenty of thrift stores with rude employees but not like here. The owners are terrible.

Came in from over an hour away to find out that they only do store credit. On the website it states differently. I even watched the videos to make sure I did everything correctly. Very disappointed.
