One of the best horse back riding faculties in Virginia. My two children ride here and absolutely love it! The staff is top notch and goes the extra mile to ensure that every student has a great experience and learns not just to ride, but also create a relationship with the horses. Highly recommend.

I have been so impressed with Mulford Riding. They provide quality instruction and makes it super fun! I also have always had great customer service calling questions, or always get an email back within a day. I am always amazed at how much my children have learned within their first private and group lessons! Not to mention they BEG to go back each week.

I went there with my girl scout troop a couple weeks ago, the staff and facility were superior to the other riding school options I had in mind. Super friendly, and well-run. Being outside and getting fresh air was great for the kids, especially during this time. The kids were paired up and spread out, which the parents loved. Not to mention, the girls were asking for lesson afterward.

My child came for an event with friends. While the staff were friendly and the kids had a good time, NONE of the staff wore masks. We asked about it and were told masks weren't necessary because it was an outdoor activity. Except the kids were crowded together in the barn at various points during their activity and even when outdoors staff needed to work closely with the kids and distancing wasn't possible. I wouldn't have had a problem with this IF they had notified us when we made our reservation or posted on the website that staff would be unmasked. While I'm not going to argue their choice to mask or not, it's only right to let customers know their policy so that we have the necessary information to make the right choice for our own families.

My kids (8, 7, 5) absolutely love the camp here. Everyone that works there is super kind and it's an incredibly well-run program. I love that they're outside most of the day and being active. Highly recommend.
