Dr Patel is truly a professional and personable doctor. She performed cataract surgery and I had no pain at all. She explained the procedure and the follow up, and I've already scheduled the procedure for the other eye. Mindy was wonderful about answering any questions I had as well.

My appointment today was at 10:30 at the Centreville office. Arrived ahead of time. After waiting over an hour found out that Dr. Patel was not even in the office yet. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and respect for my time. If she wasn't going to be in, then they should have contacted me earlier in the morning to reschedule. Will not be recommending this practice to others unfortunately, based on how they run their business.
