This is the worst company to ever deal with Century Appliance on Jones Rd. Take my advice and save your time and money. Benito was supposed to order a part on Tues. and install on Friday. He never came or called. So we had a flood all over and through the walls. How Benito can live with himself. He is a disgrace. We have Choice Warranty and this was the company they sent. None of their companies are of quality. Because of this we now have water in our sheetrock, and our carpet is soaked. If I could give them a minus star I would. I don't know how people like this can even have a business!!

What a bad customer service, If you want to be cheated, you can work with this company. My refrigerator was broken and I called this company. They told me refrigerator was in good condition only it needs couple parts to be replaced and we agreed on one year parts and labor warranty for 1,020. They claim that the problem was fixed but the ref has never fixed and I tried to get my money back but they are not returning it.
Purchased (2) Washer Dryer sets over the years and never had a single problem. Heading that way later this week to buy my 3rd set. Nothing happened to the other ones, we just gave them away when we moved to a new apartment that provided them. Great service, very friendly and listen, 50 for a service call is cheap. Call Maytag or GE and see what they charge, then come post your review.
I've purchased a refurbished washer and dryer set for about 150 that lasted me about 2 years until the washer sprang a small leak. I called them, they picked it up, assessed the issue, and when they realized it was going to cost a lot to repair they sold me a similar replacement at a VERY reasonable price. Very nice people. Quick to respond. My mother also purchased a dishwasher that she loves and my sister has purchased several items from them as well. Never had problems with them! Highly recommend!
RUN RUN RUN FAR FAR AWAY!!! I had been talking with Alejandro since Tuesday about buying a fridge posted for 500. Things kept coming up 1. Working on other fridge 2 ice maker not working 3 our guy would come too late 4 after knowing we would be there at 6 pm it was planned the day before he closes shop and leaves town at 3 pm without discussing it with us 4 I wake up Saturday and ask what time can we get it the fridge. He said before 3pm. We were planning 1pm. 12:48pm I get a text message saying from Alejandro “ MY GRANDA SOLD THE FRIDGE A GUY OFFERED HIM 600 so he too the offer” 1st what kind of man? What kind of business.... Cancels out their 1st sell when they get offered 100 more?? Who does that?? Surely not an honest one and not one I recommend you do business with!!! 2nd According to Alejandro his Grandpa knew I was buying it for so many reasons. Because I asked about the warranty, because he had to get the ice maker working there were all spoken to his grandpa for me. If I would of known Alejandro and Century Appliances weren’t good for their word I would of paid via pay pal. I had mentioned that but Alejandro didn’t make it seem necessary. He said he would get the info from his dad when the time comes. Totally leading me to a time coming to buy the fridge, right?? Why else would he of said that?? KARMA WILL COME BACK TO HIM!!!!! He will pay for this 100 extra he made 10times over!!!! He then had lied to me about not giving a warranty because his shop was closing. I called his employee and it’s not closing. Lies lies lies This was a birthday present for my mom today for her 70th birthday and Alejandro ruined with his wanting more money for the fridge. Why did he not just ask me for 600??? None of it makes sense. He is a mean/cruel/heartless man. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
Very disappointed we purchased a used dryer paid for delivery fee and it’s already after two weeks squealing so we called and it’s 40 to have them come get it and fix it at the shop.... Probably another 40 -50 just to have them bring it back could’ve paid for regular brand new dryer for all of these fees.... RIDICULOUS!!! Never again!

Bought a fridge, broke the third day, they replaced it with another, it broke in a couple weeks, they fixed it, it broke again 5 days later. I have a restaurant and lost thousands of dollars worth of product. They wont refund my money, but will gladly come pick up the fridge for free so they can sell to some other sucker. Just buy a new and save yourself the hassle.
