I am currently paying 96 per month for phone service and 1.5MB of internet service. I can only have 1 phone and the tv or computer accessing service at any given time. There are regular periods of time DAILY that internet is unavailable. Before adding internet service, caller ID showed the name and number of the caller. After getting the internet, caller ID only shows city and state. Customer service says I must now pay 10 additional each month in order to have name and number appear on the caller ID. This is 2019, and a company is charging additional money for a feature that should be included in the current rather expensive cost of having home phone service. Is it this way because Century Link almost has a monopoly on home phone service in this area?
