This is bad bad bad you can't make appointments because they have no times available. When you are called for your appointment I was told by a worker she would email me something the next day and it didn't happen now I don't know what to do or if they will help me. They need to at least have people answering phones so you could talk to someone.

Service doesn't match the commitment on the wall. If you are Ill or been Ill , a caretaker, homeless or have to come and go there with transportation issues. Plan to wait !...plan to bring everything you can to prove your finances including IRS info. THIS IS IMPORTANT. Please Document, document document! Everything. Time place who you spoke too ... We assumed too much . DON'T assume anything . Our process went on 3 months. Because we thought all was well. The government regulations has changed and doesn't favor nontraditional LIFE issue factors.... Especially if you've been homeless....

The Employees are unprofessional, it’s a hassle getting an appointment i waited 2 hours on top of waiting 2 weeks to get an appointment, they then told me they could not verify my pays stubs that they claim were dated wrong when my employer printed them right from their computer. They treat people unfair because you are in need of their service, I think they need a better professional team who takes pride in helping the customers
