Sourced material from this vendor for a graduate research project to make custom large scale molds for structural glass. Not only did they mislead us on the feasibility of their material for our use, they gave us wrong instructions on material work times (and not by a couple of hours or minutes, by days...). For them it was a simple as \oh sorry our engineer made a mistake\, but it ruined over 4000 worth of material along with 6000 of machine time . The owner went out of his way to give a condescending response when asked if there was any room for a discount \that the university is rich enough to pay for materials\ instead of a simple no.
