My order was shipped out the very next morning after ordering the woo ring with extension. I used the woo ring the first night I received it. The best green egg accessory I have found. Also found the instructional video extremely helpful and educational. I will be a repeat coustomer. 5 star product 5 star service and this company has gone the extra mile!!! Very pleased

My go to grill store now. I originally purchased a Kamado Joe classic II from Atlanta Grill Company; however, after three weeks without it being shipped I called Ceramic Grill Store and they had one available for pick up. The customer service was great. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Plus, they threw in some charcoal for free (something Atlanta Grill Company did not do). I would highly recommend Ceramic Grill Store.

I excitedly drove an hour to finally check this place out today. I was prepared with the model number of my grill, looking for a specific accessory. The woman I dealt with was incredibly rude, interrupted me several times, and talked to me like a child. I would have walked out without buying anything, but they had the Kamado Joe Charcoal I really like. I don't plan on giving this business anymore of my business.

Great showroom.! They carried all the big green egg/Kamado Joe accessories. Also they custom build their own grate systems. They had Rockwood Charcoal & Lumberjack Pellets. They have everything you need to grill in the backyard.
