The very best place to enjoy a craft and lots of friendships
My husband and I were bored one day and I love to paint so we decided that we would go check this shop out. There must have been a class going on as everyone was sitting at the table and were busy. We thought we would just walk around and look at the stuff they had. We were so delighted to find some of the cutest ceramics to paint! As we walked in we were told to be careful with the grey pieces as they are delicate. We were having a great time looking around and even my husband was getting excited and thinking about painting something himself. The class was over and everyone started walking to the shelves where my husband and I were looking. My husband found something on the floor and was checking it out. Someone who works there walked around the corner and informed us that those already belong to someone, which we were not informed of previously. There was one little sign on a small shelf so we assumed the ones not on the shelf were available, because again this piece was on the floor. When she told my husband that those belong to someone he immediately put it down and the lady who worked there said \don't touch those\ which we took offense to this since he had already put it down. I did not feel like the staff was friendly or helpful! I was soooo excited to find this place and soooo disappointed by the customer service or lack of rather!
Such friendly woman and the owner as well and so helpful with me getting back into my hobby I once loved so much before having children now that they are older it's time for some me time and ceramics had always been relaxing for me...a huge selection and I love how they will pour for you if they have the mold
I just love this place, she has more molds, than anybody around this area. and in Spokane great place to come into good people
