Good advice on service for many things needed repairing Lumenis lightsheer lasers. They know the whole line to refurbish Lightsheer repairs. The teams does have issues with priority and follow through, been waiting 17 months for parts on 2 machines and to get one of my units fixed (after it was serviced here).
We ordered some parts almost 2 yrs ago, lightsheer water pumps and the skirt/wheel for a few units, pre-paid for them, but never received them
