So today I received my 2nd pair of wireless ear buds. I turned on bluetooth and connected them, and I'm having the exact same problem I did with my 2st pair.. Both ear buds refuse to be utilized at once. I'm only able to use one or the other, but not both. I sent an email to this company because I tried googling their number, and none was provided. They have yet to respond to my email. I don't appreciate the fact that I've now wasted money on a 2nd pair, thinking something was wrong with the first. I'm now convinced that it's the product. A reply would be greatly appreciated. One star until this issue is resolved. I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase these particular ear buds. You've been warned.
