The disney store in cerritos mall, had the worst front end customer service lady this morning, as my wife and I along with our 2 year old son tried to enter we were told no food or drinks aloowed granted we werent eating or drinking, but right after a lady with her stroller and her child came strolling out with sure enough food and drinks in their stroller, im all for following the rules but not treating people equally is not fair
I loved the welcoming , atmosphere the lengths of following guidelines for our protection, and the discounts and sales were just great! I loved my experience
Welll this is a very profiling and unfriendly place for foreign visitors in this particular store! You have intimidating staff around you the whole time! Happens to us today Don’t go there Minus 5 stars minimum
Early July was my last visit there! Christina D. reminded me the many reasons why I stopped shopping there, she looked at me standing on line and never acknowledged me, the guy that was working on the merchandise saw that and asked her to help me...then I asked her to scan the tag of my item, she ripped the tag with her hand tearing the plush when I didn't asked her to cut the tag for that same reason, to prevent damage. She said there was no more \Nemo's\ and after I expressed my concern to her she went and found some in the back, that there tell me she was not willing to help or fix the problem until I pushed her to do her job. If you dislike your work then maybe that position can be given to someone that not only would help another person offer great customer service but attract more customers to your store. As for now this store offers poor customer service. The employees are too busy talking one to another while you're standing there waiting for them to help you and good luck with that too if you got someone like Christina. If you expect good customer service the Disney store in Lakewood Mall has been the best local store for me, their customer service is always outstanding.
