Who doesn't love dolphins? The "Dolphins" sculpture has a prominent location in front of the Cerritos Civic Center. Automated pulses of water give a sense of the ocean tides. A small ripple, to a medium surge, to a tidal wave of aquatic wonderment. During the summer, families bring their kids here to cool off by splashing in the fountain.
