My grandma needed a new lift chair for post-op recovery, after speaking with all of the mobility businesses in Ocala and being extremely dissatisfied I finally found certified medical! The knowledge and professionalism of Andrew and his staff are unmatched in the state of Florida! They got us exactly what we needed at an amazing price, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have used their service for years. They have always done a great job and know their products very well. I have a lift on my van I got from them and have it serviced there as well. My wife and I have electric chairs we got from them and they are great. They service them as well. Andrew6 is always friendly and treats everyone with respect. I would fully recommend going there for any of your needs.
My grandfather's lift for his scooter was malfunctioning and would not raise back up. I am out of state working on business and found certified medical via Google and reached out to them and explained my grandfather's situation and conveyed the urgency of matter mainly because his scooter and his vehicle are the 2 and only forms of transportation and mobility. I spoke with Mr Andrew Miller and he was very repetitive and clearly understood the importance of resolving the matter ASAP. He came out the my grandfather's house and fixed the lift and resolved the issue SAME DAY. Mr Andrew and certified medical take customer service to a whole new level. I highly recommend and will be using them for all my family's future mobility needs. 5 stars
Staff is great to work with. They will assist you with your needs. Just rented a scooter to take to Disney for a long weekend and they gave me a great scooter to use. Fit in the back of the vehicle and easy to assemble and deassemble. Thank you!
