A real live \Ice Machine Aficionado\. My Manitowoc ice machine needed a new evaporator, after getting 3 quotes I chose to go w/ CES and Im glad I did. The tech Justin didn't just replace the evaporator and leave. He stayed and taught my staff how to clean & maintain the ice machine properly.
