WARNING: I called my computer guy who recommended CFBTEL to fix a problem we had with our voip phone system. They arrived an hour later than expected and then we realized they had no idea about how our phone system worked. We had agreed to purchase a new router they thought we needed ( and i was OK with that) They would get us up and running and we would pay 75.00 a month for the router and to manage our system. I'm happy with that deal. But then I lost all confidence in them as they changed our static IP system to a dynamic ( and our system won't work that way). Then all they said was we needed a new phone system. I know just enough to be dangerous with our system, but I knew this was not correct. Now they are attempting to bill us for their tech not knowing what to do. Sorry, I should charge you for the time it took the tech who FIXED things to fix your changes. I usually do not leave 1 star reviews, but our telephones are our lifeblood and we were already down. I didn't want a new phone system, the one we have works just fine now. It needed a new router, and we have that. Just be cautious and make sure they know what they are doing.
