I only go to this currency exchange because it's closest to my house for quarters. As well as no lines. But the workers there have no customer service skills and are rude. On several occasions I experienced this behavior. They need to be glad they are blessed to have a job. I went in and this black girl just had a bad attitude. Not saying you need to smile every second but no one deserves rudeness. I only asked\ how many quarters I can get?\ because the other currency exchange on roosevelt in oak park told me I couldn't get any because of a coin shortage.
I almost got rapped at this currency exchange. The lady work there wanted to charge me for a transfer car title 650 and I felt like I was over charged so I told her I will be back. So I left and went to the other currency exchange location by Roosevelt & Harlem and I only paid 411
Do not go here - Terrible company Unethical - and don't even pay their rent
