Working with Jaipal for our new deck project has been amazing. I’m very inexperienced on home projects and Jaipal has guided me through the whole process. Not only did he come to my house with the contractor to do measurements, discuss with him on details, quickly work up specs/drawings for the job, he went out and got the permits for me, and has followed up with me on every step of the way. Starting a Pizza Shop from ground up. Needed architectural drawings for building and plumbing. He did a great job and plans were approved with no problems. Very reliable and fast to get drawings to me.

JaiPal came out to assist me with some obsolete dangerous fire escape issues at one property and he over saw the updates and developed blueprints on a commercial property remodel from beginning to end. He communicated with all contractors hired to make sure they were aware of any changes with updated prints for HVAC, electricians, plumbing contractors and drywall and framers to ensure compliance with building codes and the city’s modifications. He served as a conduit between myself the contractors and the city to ensure everyone was on the same page. He was very responsive and quickly shared new updates. His attention to detail was second to none. His orientation and positive demeanor and specific insight and information was extremely helpful in moving the project forward. He simplified my understanding of every aspect of any questions I had on every job. He advocated for us against the city to save us money and time to complete our project.
