Chagrin Valley Optometrist is the most welcoming office. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles and friendly conversation. The staff makes sure that the check in process is simple and easy, and will answer all questions to the fullest extent. The tech does an amazing job getting you in and out of pre testing and in with the doctors. I have seen both doctors and they are both outstanding. Dr. Jurcak and Dr. Lewis go above and beyond for their patients making sure they get the best possible care! Both doctors make sure to explain things in detail so the patients isn’t left with any unanswered questions. If you wear glasses they have a HUGE assortment of glasses and sunglasses to choose from. Stop in an check it out for yourself, you will not be disappointed!

The communication prior to my appt was helpful but not intrusive, I was immediately seen for my exam upon my arrival, the Dr was friendly, knowledgeable and talked me through each step along the way, and I also got some help picking out the best frame for my features, lifestyle and comfort. I highly recommend this place!
