I finally made the move to address my loss of hearing. I discovered that my insurance covers a portion of the cost. They led me to Chagrin Hearing Center. John has been extremely helpful in diagnosing my hearing loss and setting me up with a proper set of hearing aids. The whole experience has been great. I received my hearing aids and was given full explanation on their use. It is also good to know I can get support if and when I need it. Chagrin Hearing has my recommendation.

Dr. Kandare was also helpful in contacting our insurance company to confirm what benefits Matt would be eligible for under the new plan that went into effect just a few weeks ago.
