I have frequently visited this establishment and usually the staff there is amazing and I make sure to tip. Lately the staff has made some changes and I feel like the car wash I choose is not what I get. I always get the ultimate because of the underbody wash x2. The last time I went I felt not all the jets were on and it wasn’t the same wash. Back of my head tells me that maybe these guys are ringing up a basic and pocketing the 2 difference. How would I know the difference unless I got out and checked. There are no lights signaling what one I got. I really do like your wash (or did) but I feel like unless there is some way I can prove I am getting what I pay for I am going to have to switch and would suggest others to do the same.

Self serve here is one of the best values in town. I can usually clean a small car within the 4 minute wash for 2.50,
Never been to car wash with hanging tarps partitioning each wash stall. Kind of dark in there. On a cold day it can be hazy inside. One main entrance door. One main exit. Adjoining automatic car wash available
It was big inside but couldn't see when driving out. Need to be more vented.
Young staff. Need to be more patient
