My experience at the Chalet, before Covid19 was excellent. My counselor Karen is very professional, personable and addresses my issues & requests in a timely manner. My psychologist Rachel has given me the necessary tools to help myself through my issues and I have made unimaginable progress under her guidance. The staff is competent and attentive overall. I struggle with the inability to visit my children & grandchildren after surviving Covid19 and being locked-in for 5 months and COUNTING. I've been BEYOND patient and am beginning to question the leadership & motives of the administration. I'm sure at this juncture, we all know the safety measures needed and will follow them for the safety of ourselves, family and others. That's my complaint today with the Chalet.

The staff at Chalet Was wonderful to me. Feel free to come here, you will be coming to a nice environment, the staff here is very responsible.

The staff was very good, kind and compassionate. I was in a 4 person room and housekeeping still managed to keep the room clean and free of bad smells. The food was good, and there were always multiple options. I enjoyed my time at Chalet and would recommend others to give them a try.

I’m lost for words, this place has been wonderful for me. The housekeepers keep the place clean and smelling good. The dietary staff follow my diet very well and the food tastes wonderful. The staff speak to me clearly and are patient. They truly listen to and correct any concerns that I had.
