I loved living at The Chalet. Unfortunately, I had several financial issues come up and had to leave. The management team was completely understanding and accommodation to my issues. The property manager, Janet, is great and was available to hear any issues I might have had with my apartment. She was always quick to respond and get repairs done. My daughter and I will be moving back into the complex as soon as possible. It is a safe community that we miss greatly

This Place is absolutely amazing, Very peaceful and quiet. Janet is always on top of things if You need something done she will get right to it. Definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.

This place is in a nice location and my neighbors were very friendly. It was pretty quiet and I liked that. All bills paid, free cable was great. What I didn't like was before I moved in I did not know that the Riverside Plaza side didn't have central heat/air. They turned the heat on way too soon in the season so I died sweating some days/nights. They also turned the air on too soon as well. So if you want to sit in your apartment on a summer night in a pool of sweat then go for it! Also, the new manager they got was kind of rude. She got this attitude when talking to her like she was better than you. And I wasn't the only one who thought this either. Wouldn't recommend unless you move into the Chalet side and don't mind dealing with a snooty lady.

The manager, Janet, was extremely rude and snapped at me for reporting a water leak underneath a bathroom sink at 5:07pm. She hatefully said, “It is after 5 o’clock!!”, “Is your mother too weak to turn the hot water off??”. I don’t understand why she was so hateful when we pay such a large amount of rent and after hours maintenance is part of the leasing contract.

I absolutely love living here. The location is great, just walking distance to The Gathering Place and Brookside. The management Team has always treated me with respect and promptly responded to any request I had. It's quiet and I feel safe and secure living here. Highly recommend it!
