Scheduled for pour, called early in the morning twice to confirm. No answer. Finally called ten minutes within the time window closing to say they were \out of mix
No call no show for delivery after calling to confirm multiple times. Once we finally got in touch with Billie Jo, she informed us that we canceled the delivery but couldn't give a name as to who she talked to that canceled. She seemed more interested in getting her holiday weekend started early then delivering our product.
This company Took care of the me like I was a champion, Gave me the exact time I needed to pour due to inspections. And Billy Jo, The woman in charge is very nice to deal with, accommodated my needs And I will be dealing with her again.....
Have used Challenge for years and they are simply the best. Fast, reasonable and on time every time. Billie Jo is the best!!!!
