Been here at PBF Chalemette for 3 Days. The Berth needs maintenance on facilities.The pipelines are rusty in general. Some of the crew managed to take their shore leave and visited Bourbon Street in New Orleans. They were charged 20 each back and forth. Transportation was arranged by local agent. The driver was busy as she can’t be diverted from Bourbon to Walmart. It’s business as usual maybe.

Nice terminal for oil tanker to discharge. Very slow and nice people there for co operation.

The female operator at L.P.scale has a nasty bitter ugly attitude for no reason someone is going to Jack her up one day other than that nice plant
