I own a rental property that had a sewer line in need of repair. I got a couple of estimates and C.V. Wenger provided the best price for the service I needed. After they repaired the line the ground settled and needed to be fixed and they came quickly and fixed the issue. As a business owner I know that some things can happen after the job caused by mother nature. What sets a business apart from their competition is how they respond to these issues and C.V. Wenger responded quickly and professionally. I appreciate their service and would recommend them to family and friends.

Will be my go to plumber! Chase was fantastic! Most technicians talk down to me as a woman, but he took the time to actually educate me and give me my options. I only had them come out for one emergent problem and thought of MANY others I had been putting off. Chase readily took care of all the issues and took his time to make all of the necessary repairs even though this put him over their closing/quitting time. LOVE this company!
Called and made an appointment in a emergency situation. Was told they were not available for a few days. Had to wait while the pipes leaked for days for the estimator to arrive on 12/15/20.He did not provide an estimate but indicated he would talk with staff back at the facility and someone would call with scheduling as well as estimate. Never received a call or follow up in this emergency situation. Was able to find a local business that came right away, provided fair estimate and schedule all on the same appointment. Unprofessional and driving the way for me to their competition. Will never be calling for their help again.

It rained after they dug up the driveway of the place I rent, and now my car is sinking into the ground above a 3/4 ft hole that is growing directly underneath my vehicle. The landlord and I called them to remedy the situation, currently waiting on them to show up. After the guys showed up, they were making jokes, lied to me straight up about filling back over the top of the driveway with stone when they were there to fix the pipe, to begin with. I have the camera footage of them filling the area with only the dirt/clay that was there and leaving it lower than they had found the driveway. They did not even bring the supplies they needed to try and move my car over the hole; the planks were barely wide enough. They were lucky enough that the spot was where it was under my car. The two men made me so mad, and they were surprised I was upset with them? Hello, you all dug a hole into clay and shale, and you're upset there's a sinkhole? Do you live in Pennsylvania? I had to call them again Monday, as the weekend was Christmas. They never let me know they were there; they took ten mins this time; they dumped a bunch of stone and left. If it were my property, I would be pushing further issues. The driveway isn't level now, and it was left with a mound of stone to cover the hole. I will never recommend this place to anyone unless they are used to small-town boys and their attitudes.
