We needed carpet replaced in a bedroom. Essis & Sons was one of the businesses we received a quote from. Mike came out himself and measured and gave us a very competitive quote. The installers he used were professionals and did a wonderful job. We couldn't be more pleased. I bought a carpet from here twice the 1st time they were very friendly and worked out great but the 2nd time is the reason why I will NEVER buy from here again. I’m assuming he’s the owner since the younger employee told me that was his boss but I bought a carpet here and he was very friendly but he proceeded to treat me like I was naive and didn’t know what I was doing while I was ordering my carpet. Once I ordered the carpet and we picked it up we notice the sizing was off once we tried to install it so I called them their next business day to ask if I could drop off the wrong one and pay the difference once they called me back I explained the situation and he proceeded to yell at me for getting it wrong. Great that he’s friendly but he must be out of his mind to think that just because he’s overly friendly that he could yell at me I’m still a customer who spent a good bit of money for their damn carpet. Never again will I shop here. Take your business else where. Just saying.
