Dave was my salesperson and did a fantastic job to help me. My family bought a wonderful hottub and the whole process was great. Dave stopped over to my house twice in person to make sure I was comfortable with the chemical process. Very, very happy with the whole experience!!

If you are in the market for a pool or if you have a pool that still needs taken care of this is the place to go. The entire staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. Being open until 8:00pm is very nice for those of us eh get off later in the day. They have all the supplies you need to get started or continue keeping your pool looking like the Caribbean. Zack was super helpful and he did a great job. We come here a couple times throughout the summer to get our water tested. It only takes a couple minutes and they do it for free. I'll tell you what you need and how to get your pool water where you want it.
Every time I've been to this pool and spa specialty store, I've always been immediately waited on by someone in customer service. Not only have I been quickly approached, but by someone wiser than myself about their products.(Not a quality found at all establishments). Positive responses in: Customer Service promptness, product selection (and availability), product awareness and service capabilities.
Had a great experience buying my first Hot Tub. David Collier is amazing! He guided me to the right product for my needs, answered my questions, trained me himself and made sure we were ready to roll when my fam got home for the socially distanced holidays.
Flohr Pools and David Collier did a great job installing our pool this spring. As COVID hit us, David was in constant contact to let us know what was happening. With all the obstacles, Flohrs completed our pool in early April and we were ready for swimming season. David is a great resource to Flohr's and he still responds to me today if I have a quick question on the phone. It's great to have a point of contact for all your pool maintenance questions.
